DP型低頻振動(dòng)傳感器DPS-0.3-8-V/H產(chǎn)品中英文介紹

DP型傳感器既保持了原所用頻率較高的檢波器的機(jī)械特性——具有高可靠性和頑健性——適于工程應(yīng)用的特點(diǎn)，又具有測(cè)量低頻振動(dòng)的杰出性能。DP型傳感器有如下特點(diǎn)：

The DP sensor can be used for mechanical characteristics of the original high frequency detector, with high reliability and robustness characteristics, suitable for engineering application, but also has outstanding performance measurement of low frequency vibration. Type DP sensor has the following characteristics:

A. 有效地?cái)U(kuò)展了低頻測(cè)量范圍；

A. effectively extends the range of low frequency measurement;

B.機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)的f₀較高，因此具有高可靠性和耐沖擊性，運(yùn)輸中不必鎖緊、不怕顛簸；

B. mechanical structure of the F0 is higher, so it has a high reliability and impact resistance, transport does not need to be locked, not afraid of bumps;

C.零位穩(wěn)定，不需調(diào)零；可遠(yuǎn)距輸出；

C. zero stability, no need to adjust the zero; can be far away from the output;

根據(jù)需要可以選振動(dòng)速度輸出型或振幅位移輸出型，也可選兼有速度和位移兩種輸出型；系列產(chǎn)品的名義頻率（-3dB）從0.05~0.7Hz,可供選擇；

根據(jù)需要可以選擇高靈敏度的以用于微震測(cè)量，也可以選擇靈敏度較低的以測(cè)量低頻大振幅的擺動(dòng)。

According to the need to be able to choose the vibration velocity output type or amplitude displacement output type, also can choose both speed and displacement of the two output type; 

DP型低頻振動(dòng)傳感器DPS-0.3-8-V/H系列產(chǎn)品的名義頻率（-3dB）從0.05~0.7Hz,可供選擇；

The nominal frequency (-3dB) of a series of products is from 0.05~0.7Hz, which is available for selection;

根據(jù)需要可以選擇高靈敏度的以用于微震測(cè)量，也可以選擇靈敏度較低的以測(cè)量低頻大振幅的擺動(dòng)。

You can choose according to the need of high sensitivity for microseismic measurement, can also choose low sensitivity to measurement of large amplitude and low frequency oscillation.

DP型振動(dòng)傳感器的頻率特性的舉例示于圖（1），其外形示于圖（2）。

常用系列：

靈敏度：速度輸出型（k_v ： mV·s/mm）：1000；800；400； 100；40；

位移振幅輸出型（k_s ： mV /µm）：10；4；2； 1； 0.4；0.2 ； 0.1； 

供電電源：±12V~± 6V, 也可以用單向電源供電（在訂貨時(shí)說(shuō)明單向電壓和零線電壓）。 

結(jié)構(gòu)形式：A表示用航空插座； B表示通過(guò)接線端子輸出。 

例如DPV——0.5——1000——V——A表示速度型DP， 名義固有頻率0.5Hz , 靈敏度k_v=1000 mV·s/mm（1V·s/mm），用于測(cè)量垂直方向振動(dòng)，用航空插頭引線輸出。 

又例如DPS——0.2——4——H——B 表示位移振幅型DP，名義固有頻率0.2Hz , 靈敏度k_s=4 mV /µm（4V /mm）, 用于測(cè)量水平方向振動(dòng)，通過(guò)接線柱引線輸出。

又例如DPS（V)——0.2——4(800)——H——A 表示兼有位移和速度兩種輸出的DP型傳感器，

名義固有頻率0.2Hz , 靈敏度k_s=4V /mm （4 mV /µm），k_v=800 mV·s/mm，用于測(cè)量水平方向振動(dòng)，用航空插頭引線輸出。

注：1）靈敏度可以根據(jù)用戶的需要而訂制。

2）靈敏度和測(cè)量的動(dòng)態(tài)范圍是互相關(guān)連的。例如采用±12V供電電源，線性范圍內(nèi)大輸出約為±8V。如果靈敏度k_s=4 mV /µm，那末保證的低頻段大測(cè)量范圍將是±2mm.。如果靈敏度k_s=0.1 mV /µm (0.1 V/mm)，那末保證的低頻段大測(cè)量范圍將是±80mm.。如果采用±6V供電電源，那末大測(cè)量范圍也將減半。實(shí)際大輸出電壓可以達(dá)到供電電源的80%，供電電源也允許提高到±15V。

3）傳感器的靈敏度和供電電源的高低選擇無(wú)關(guān)。

又例如DPS——0.2——4——H——B 表示位移振幅型DP，名義固有頻率0.2Hz , 靈敏度ks=4 mV /µm（4V /mm）, 用于測(cè)量水平方向振動(dòng)，通過(guò)接線柱引線輸出。

Another example is the DPS - 0.2 - 4 - H - B said the displacement amplitude of DP, the name of natural frequency of 0.2Hz, ks=4 mV / M sensitivity (4V /mm), is used to measure the horizontal vibration, through the terminal output wire.

The name of the natural frequency of 0.2Hz, the sensitivity of ks=4V /mm (4 mV / M), kv=800 mV s/mm, is used to measure the horizontal vibration, aviation plug wire output.

2) the dynamic range of sensitivity and measurement is related to each other. For example, the use of 12V power supply, the maximum output of the linear range of about + + 8V.
